Production Process

7. Polishing machine

Rice bran is removed to enhance grain uniformity, cleanliness, and shine.

8. Rectangular sifter

Grains are sorted by size, separating whole grains from broken rice.

9. Rotary sifter

Round sieves are used to further isolate only whole grains.

10. Color sorter

Removes chalky grains and transparent foreign materials such as glass, resin, and plastic.

11. Quality inspection

Perform a second quality inspection by experts before being transferred to storage.

12. Storage silos

Processed rice is stored in stainless steel silos to maintain freshness and quality.

Packaging Process

13. Filling into packaging

Pack processed rice into packages.

14. Metal detector

Magnetic wave technology detects and eliminates any metal contaminants.

15. Weight checker

Bags are checked and separated if the weight does not meet the standard.

16. X-ray machines

X-ray detect and remove foreign objects such as metal, glass, stones, plastic, and rubber.

17. Ready for delivery

Finished products are stacked on pallets and prepared for delivery.
